We currently have a vacancy in our Peterborough Depot for a full time Depot Manager.
Role Responsibility:
• To ensure the efficient running of the depot.
• Operate under the management of the Area and Regional Managers and implement policies, with priority given to Health & Safety issues.
• To review the programme of works, liaise with other supervisors to ensure efficient use of the depot resources, and that sufficient resources of the correct competencies are available to deliver the works.
• To ensure the Health, Safety and Welfare of employees under your control and those affected by your acts.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in a similar role within the Traffic Management industry
• Be able to demonstrate leadership qualities and experience of leading teams in comparable roles
• Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to lead by example
• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
