Physiotherapist Remote Case Manager

Health Partners have a number of exciting opportunities for experienced Physiotherapist Remote Case Managers to join our busy Occupational Health Team. Servicing over 400 clients across the UK this position plays a pivotal role in the health and wellbeing of many employees across our client network. As remote case manager with Health Partners you make a tangible and lasting difference to people's lives every day.

You'll work from home but always part of an experienced team that work on a diverse range of cases; no two days are the same. Undertaking case management over the phone, you will be provided with our bespoke IT software to produce high quality management advice reports.

To join our friendly team you will:
• Be a qualified Physiotherapist with case management experience
• Experience in a commercial occupational health setting
• Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation
• HCPC Registered
