We are now looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Project Co-ordinator, you will support the smooth co-ordination, administration and compliance of our Workforce for the Future projects.

Ensuring all engagements and projects are completed satisfactorily, you will manage the appropriate evidence and paperwork and record data into the CRM and time recording systems.

You will also provide general administration support, including organising meetings, storing client documentation and co-ordinating enquiries into the programme.

About You

To be considered as a Project Co-ordinator, you will:

- Experience of working with a team in a flexible working environment
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with spreadsheets
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in IT
- A minimum of five GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths

Experience of working with Public Service Contracts or ESF funded programmes would be beneficial to your application, as would an administration and/or project co-ordinator qualification.
