Ryanair/Blue Handling are currently recruiting Check-in Agents to join our Ground Operations Team at Stansted Airport. We have recently announced that we will base a record 46 aircraft at Stansted Airport (our largest European hub) this summer and are now recruiting staff to provide all customer support services for our Stansted operation ready for our biggest ever summer schedule at Stansted Airport.

These are exciting roles at the forefront of our Stansted operation in a financially secure airline, working in teams to deliver a range of essential services to our passengers.

These roles are all full time and permanent positions, where the successful candidates will be working as part of a large team to ensure that our flights depart on-time and are full of happy passengers. No previous airport experience is required - our fantastic training team will prepare you for your new role with both classroom and practical training.

• Please note this is a shift-based role with shifts around the airport opening times and busy flight schedule (days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays)

Duties include;

• Providing excellent service to our customers
• Guiding passengers to the correct areas of the terminal to check in their baggage
• Check passenger’s baggage in whilst providing industry leading customer service
• Checking passenger documents in line with travel requirements for boarding the aircraft
• Ensuring passengers have a seamless customer experience
• Requirements;
• Self starter, motivated and eager to learn
• Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK
• Ability to work in a fast-paced exciting environment

Successful candidates will be required to complete a full 5-year background check in order to obtain an airport ID.
