We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our company on a full-time permanent basis, working 40 hours per week.

The Role

As the Marketing Manager, you will take responsibility for the leadership of our Marketing Department, ensuring the effective delivery of our marketing operations in line with our strategic growth plan.

Through the development and creation of high-quality content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences, you will generate high value Sales Qualified Leads. Managing our website and social media platforms, you will ensure these channels effectively communicate our marketing messages through current and coherent content.

Taking responsibility for the performance of the team, you will ensure individual team members achieve specified KPIs, whilst monitoring, reporting on and improving overall performance.

Additionally, you will:

- Manage our CRM platform on lead generation to support our Sales Team
- Plan, book and deliver PR opportunities in the trade press in line with key campaigns
- Identify key trends and topics that represent opportunities for thought leadership

About You

To be considered a Marketing Manager, you will need:

- A minimum of five years’ experience in a senior marketing role
- Demonstrable experience of developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Proven experience in setting, managing, and changing budgets in line with business needs (including P&L)
- A proven track record of driving continuous quality improvements
- Excellent knowledge of social media, CRM and web CMS platforms
- In-depth and actionable knowledge of industry trends
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- A full, valid driving licence
