If so, Be More Effective is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team.

Your Role

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play an integral part in our Recruitment Team, assisting in the growth of the recruitment arm of our business.

In this varied and engaging role, you’ll support the end-to-end recruitment process for a number of companies that we work with. You’ll take briefs, communicate expectations, work with our advertising partner to ensure accurate adverts and review and filter applicants.

We’re the industry experts in what we do, so you’ll be able to gain, and impart, recruitment expertise to our clients. You’ll provide support with a range of attraction, profiling and interviewing processes.

Working closely with our Recruitment Director, you will also:

- Help to build great client relationships
- Develop an understanding of clients’ needs and requirements
- Support the creation of accurate job descriptions and person specifications
- Assist in finding suitable candidates through proactive searching
- Support candidates with interview prep.

About You

To join us as a Recruitment Administrator, you will need:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- A full driving licence, preferably clean
