We currently have a vacancy for a Site Supervisor based at our Peterborough Depot.

We are seeking a proactive and organised Operations Supervisor for our busy and growing depot. Your duties will include managing operatives, allocating work, upholding the working time directive and general day to day operational duties.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience within traffic management along with good attention to detail, initiative to resolve issues and strong communication skills. You will be confident in using Microsoft programs and training will be provided on our bespoke computer systems.

The role will also require the need to be on call during evenings and weekends as needed. You may also be required engage in site operations, on-site customer meetings and undertaking internal depot site audits.
