While our offices are based in Leatherhead, we are currently operating a hybrid working model, with one day per week spent in the Leatherhead office for collaborative work.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be tasked with providing a professional and collaborative sales service to Specialist Lending SME Partners.

Building strong working relationships, you will help develop new and existing Partner accounts within a specific geographical area or product category, meeting agreed sales targets and providing first class support. Partners are businesses (service providers) we work with who sell our finance solutions to end customers (the borrower).

As the go-to person for our partners’ queries and needs, you will ensure they receive services and products perfect for their business and provide training on how to use our online services.

You will ensure Partners are satisfied, keeping in touch regularly and resolving any issues as they arise, providing exceptional support which will directly contribute to the growth and reputation of our organisation.

About You

To be considered as an Account Manager, you will need:

- Previous experience of developing and maintaining client relationships
- To be sales-focused with excellent customer service skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with strong attention to detail
- The ability to use initiative, work under pressure and prioritise your workload
- To be a self-starter who can work effectively as an individual or as part of a team
- Excellent customer communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent numeracy skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel
