Telesales Executive

£32,000 OTE per annum (£25,000 basic + uncapped bonus £7,000 OTE) Plus Benefits including Pension, BUPA Medical Cash Plan, Life Assurance, 20 Days’ Holiday increasing with service, Full-Time Position

Olleco is a market leader within the recycling and renewable energy sector employing over 650 people across 15 sites in the UK.

This role is focused on expanding our client base in the hospitality sector. You’ll be selling a service, the provision of fresh cooking oil and its collection as a used product ready for recycling.

This varied, exciting and high paced role is part of a fun and friendly Sales Team based across the UK and connected through technology. The role is office based, with the potential for hybrid working in the future. With daily meetings, a supportive manager and excellent training, you’ll always feel part of a team.

Tasks:

- Promoting the company’s market leading services through phone and email
- Making outbound sales calls - we’ll provide the prospect lists! These include warm leads, past customers and cold leads on the rare occasion the other 2 run out.
- Dealing with inbound sales enquiries - These are the best!
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Customer account set up and handover

About you

- Comfortable working to KPIs and targets
- Ability to bounce back and move on to the next task
- Comfortable working with IT systems, everything is computer based
- Ideally, you’ll have a background in tele or face-to-face sales, however, this is all about personality and focus!

The job

- Basic Salary - £25,000
- Easily achievable target commission of £7,000 - Commission is uncapped, we would expect all team members to exceed this target
- Mon - Fri, 08:30 - 17:00 (40 hours)
- The first 2 weeks of training would be based at one of our depots. Travel and accommodation will be covered by us
