The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our health and safety team, The Care compliance officer will support the Director of Safety & Compliance to ensure that our CQC-regulated services meet current regulatory requirements, achieving Good and Outstanding CQC inspection ratings.
This role will prominently concentrate on the CQC regulated services, however some support will be required to other care services (e.g. day centres)
This role will concentrate on monitoring and auditing the care files to identify examples of good practice and to identify the areas that require improvement.
This role also requires working closely with Registered Managers and their teams to support them in evidencing the high-quality care.

Job Requirements

Essential
? Experience of working in the health & social care sector
? Experience in assessing the needs and risks of residents, creating person- centred care plans and assessments that meet the person’s individual needs
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Ability to engage and build a rapport with a wide range of people
? Ability to collate and analyse data
? Ability to demonstrate energy, creativity, enthusiasm and an unwavering commitment to the delivery of outstanding services
? Report writing skills
? Good organisational, time management and administrative skills
? The post holder must be able to provide a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check

Desirable

? Car owner to facilitate the visits to the three homes
? Medication trained
