We are currently looking for a Mobile Caretaker to join our team of Caretakers and Maintenance Technicians.

The Role

As a Mobile Caretaker, you will join our team of Caretakers and Maintenance Technicians and undertake a variety of activities across a number of sites in the West Midlands.

Varying across the year, these will include:

- Grounds maintenance
- Property clearances and waste removal
- Graffiti cleaning and jet washing
- Window cleaning using reach and wash equipment
- Supporting other team members on larger projects

About You

To be considered as a Mobile Caretaker, you will need:

- Experience in a similar role
- To be happy working alone and with others
