We are looking Client Engagement Consultant to join our energetic and vibrant sales team based at our Manchester office. Playing a pivotal role in the continuing growth of the business, you will be responsible for driving sales through lead conversion and managing client relationships to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and service excellence
You will be an experienced and talented negotiator, confident closing over the
telephone as this will be your primary role in generating revenue, selling Apprenticeship, Funded, Pre-Employment opportunities on a B2B basis
A consistent over-achiever in your previous roles, you will have the experience and
proven ability to manage your new business pipeline to achieve demanding targets

Main Responsibilities:
• Generate new business across inbound and outbound leads
• Identify potential a pipeline of opportunities across both new and existing clients
• Be able to influence key decision makers and stakeholders
• Be able to identify, assess and pursue new leads and business
opportunities through telephone, email and social networking channels
such as LinkedIn
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, to generate new and repeat business
• Managing dormant / old customer accounts by developing and restarting relationships through direct telesales calls
• Lead generation for External Sales team
• Developing and maintaining the CRM database
• Have the ability to build and maintain a wide network of industry-relevant contacts
• Communicate and manage the entire client sales journey from awareness, through attraction, conversion and retention
• Keep abreast of current developments and trends in the L&D, business and management worlds in order to offer a full range of B2Ws employer solutions

Qualifications & Experience Required:
• 2 years experience of working within a business-to-business telesales role, ideally within the work-based learning industry
• Business Development experience and the ability to meet set targets
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with a wide range of people
• Demonstrated skills and ability to help others identify and overcome barriers
• Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly
• Ability to generate business with employers
• Experience of working within a Business to Business sales / employer engagement role
• L2 GCSE Maths and English
• L2 ICT Qualification
• Recognised Sales qualification Level 2 or above (Desirable)
