The main role of the ESF Enrolment Officer is to qualify, enrol and induct prospective candidates onto our Digital Skills for Growth programmes.

Main Responsibilities:
• Give clear and accurate information relating to the jobs and courses.
• Enrol Learners and confirm course booking
• Manage candidate expectations.
• Keep trackers and candidate pools up to date.
• To ensure the candidate recruitment process is followed to guarantee a high-quality recruitment experience
• Ensure all administrative tasks including enrolment and induction paperwork are completed timely and accurately
• To deliver outstanding Information, Advice and Guidance to both internal and external customers and to meet this grade in observations
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers, referral partners and organisations locally to generate the maximum number of candidate referrals wherever possible
• Always adhere to GDPR regulations.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
• L2 GCSE Maths and English
• L2 ICT Qualification
• Overachieve demanding sales targets and work to tight deadlines.
• A track record of high performance within sales
• Be results focused and driven
• Have a keen eye for detail and a strong drive to maintain standards
• Strong communication and ICT skills

Benefits:
