Location: Manchester
Salary: up to £30,000 + Bonus

The Role

The role of Telesales Manager will be to grow profitable sales through new and existing business within the Care Sector, within the three brands: Care Shop, Deliver Net, & Delivered Health Solutions with a strategic approach, KPI’s and implementation within your telesales team. Focus will be on our existing small group and independent business selling our full range and value-added proposition.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and management of the telesales team
- Prospect new customers and regain lost business within your territory
- Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Maintain existing business through effective customer contact including regular visits where it makes commercial sense
- To work with the Sales & Marketing Director to produce KPI’s and monitor the success through profitable sales growth
- Grow the value of existing customer by constantly seeking opportunities to extend volume, range, and own brand offering (Gap Analysis)
- Provide quotes for customers to achieve agreed financial targets

- Proven and demonstrable internal sales success
- Management of an internal sales team
