We are now looking for a Property Administrator to join our Carmarthen campus on a full time, permanent term basis working 37 hours per week.

THE ROLE
You will have responsibility for and/or general oversight of the administration within the property development team, with a strong emphasis on the provision of high quality administrative support and front facing customer service and ensuring that the property portfolio is maintained in line with RICS best practice guidance.

ABOUT YOU
To be considered as a Property Administrator, you will need:
- Experience in providing high quality administrative support
- Educated to HND, degree level or equivalent experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate effective organisational skills
- Apply attention to detail
- Meet tight deadlines when required
- A proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages.
- Manipulate data for reporting purposes.
- Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised
- Demonstrates appropriate confidentiality
- Work as part of a team
- Adopts a positive approach to personal learning and development
- Work flexibly, including travel between campuses and locations when required

It would also be beneficial if you had:
- Knowledge of computer-aided design software e.g. AutoCAD.
- Previous experience of working in Higher Education
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience of data entry and data collection from databases
- Ability to learn new IT packages
- Knowledge / understanding, or aspiration of working towards gaining knowledge of RICS best practice guidelines
- Ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh (oral and written).
