We are now seeking a Service Reception / Workshop Controller to join our site in Oxfordshire on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Service Reception / Workshop Controller, you will manage our customer experience, ensuring their requirements and maintenance needs are efficiently delegated to the relevant team member.

Delivering great customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone, you will greet and direct customers, keeping them updated of the progress made on their vehicle’s maintenance. Liaising with the workshop staff, you will ensure the smooth scheduling of workflow, across technicians.

In this comprehensive support and customer service role, you will also update data on our IT system, create reports to track work and ensure incoming work is co-ordinated.

Additionally, you will:

- Instruct technicians concerning repair procedures
- Ensure all service, warranty and repair works meet the highest possible standard
- Approve work orders and ensure times allotted are not exceeded
- Authorise and record additional work

About You

To be considered as a Service Reception / Workshop Controller, you will need:

- At least two years’ experience in a dealership service reception role, ideally with a sports car or premium brand
- Excellent customer service, communication and influencing skills
- Strong computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A full, valid driving licence

The working hours for this role are between 9:00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
