The Role

London South East Colleges are seeking an Employer Experience Officer - Maternity Cover. The main duties of the role are to source work placements (Traditional placements and Industry placements) for study programme students. To Identify and enagage with new and existing employers, building effective relationships to create opportunities for Work Placements, including Industry Placements. To act as a key contact and work with exisiting employers and partners to secure high quality opportunities for Work Placements.To seek opportunities to upsell the full suite of College services, including general Work Experience, Apprenticeships, Traineeships and the Employer Advantage scheme.To agree and achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure that college targets for Work Placements, including Industry Placements are achieved.
