Due to significant and sustained growth in all parts of the business, the B2W Group are seeking to appoint an experienced Tutor to provide expert teaching and learning across B2W’s funded provision with the primary focus of ensuring the candidate has the highest quality skills to deliver effective teaching and learning for our learners.
The role would also involve working cross departmentally to develop and deliver the highest level of quality for learners.
The post holder would deliver an outstanding learning experience on behalf of B2W to learners in a B2B environment in preparation for their next steps, career development.

Main duties of the Tutor
• Plan and design specific industry standard learning programmes in Digital Skills Intelligence technical competencies, behaviours and relationships. Covering all areas of the syllabus - Technical Competencies, Behaviours and Relationship, Professional Development
• Delivering Digital Skills and Microsoft training in a B2B environment to groups of learners
• Adopt good planning and preparation practices which lead to high quality learning programmes and sessions
• Keep abreast of practical and theoretical developments and update material and assessment plans accordingly
• Establish realistic learning objectives which meet individuals and group needs
• Prepare training/group sessions/assessment plans utilising a variety of training methods, accommodating different learning styles.
• Promote new ways of training and learning; stimulate innovation and co-ordinate the input of others.
• Use effective materials and appropriate resources, at a pace and level which meet learners’ needs.
• Encourage learners to take responsibility for their own learning and develop students’ learning skills encouraging independent learning.
• Work with colleagues and with outside contacts to deliver learning programmes
• Deal promptly and effectively with inappropriate behaviour
• Adopt appropriate strategies to assess learning and achievements
• Give feedback to learners to support and inform the learning process
• Use a variety of formative and summative methods, ensuring that learners understand the purpose of assessments, and that methods are appropriate.
• Encourage learners to reflect on their own learning experiences and to monitor their own progress
• The successful candidate will be flexible with their delivery methods and be able to adapt quickly to learners needs and abilities
• The successful candidate must be engaging and able to demonstrate energy and passion to motivate / train learners in order to help them realise their potential.
• You will follow TLA plans but have the flair to make them your own, and deliver encouraging, nurturing and motivating training

If you hold PTLLS/AET or higher, have relevant experience in the Digital Skills sector and hold L2 literacy and numeracy, then we would love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of supervisory/managerial level experience in the sector with strong training experience.
