Are you looking for a change of role? Ever thought about training to become an assessor/ trainer. We are looking for individuals with IT specific industry knowledge and experience to upskill and provide expert teaching, learning and assessment support across our digital provision learning provision with the primary focus of ensuring the candidate has the highest quality skills to support delivery and the effective teaching and learning for our learners.
The role will involve working with the Head of Provision to develop and deliver the highest level of quality for learners.
The post holder would support the delivery of an outstanding learning experience on behalf of B2W to learners in preparation for their next steps.


Main responsibilities
• Support the delivery of training to groups of learners working towards an accredited qualification currently online in the digital and technical subject specific areas.
• Support primary tutor in engaging leaners at course start to provide a smooth learning experience.
• Chase’s learners who do not commence training working in partnership with retention managers to ascertain reasons for leaving courses to inform improvements.
• Support the collection of first day of learning evidence in line with company and funding requirements.
• Check ID learners used to enrol to safeguard that the learner commencing the course is the learner who enrolled.
• Mark learners’ assessments providing clear assessment of and for learning where appropriate.
• Support the Employability delivery assisting learners with CV writing, job search, interview techniques, confidence building and deliver advice and guidance to enable learners to make informed decisions about their future goals
• Identify learner’s strengths and weakness’ through initial assessment and support them according, ensuring that the group profile is continually updated, and the distance travelled can be measured
• Engaging and able to demonstrate energy and passion to motivate learners to help them realise their potential.
• Working with the tutor to follow the TLA plans, whilst encouraging, nurturing, and motivating the learners to succeed.
