The Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will manage our client relationships, ensuring that our clients receive fantastic client care whilst using our services.

Building both internal and external relationships, you will ensure that our client accounts are delivered effectively, with an emphasis on forging positive client experiences at every step of their journey with us.

Taking control of your client accounts, you will be responsible for contract management and utilising feedback to provide insights for service improvements.

About You

To be considered as a Client Relationships Manager, you will need:

- Proven experience of building strong relationships with executive decision makers
- Demonstrable experience of engaging with clients to support growth and strategic success
- Experience of engaging with clients to promote and implement service improvements
- Excellent communication skills
- Fantastic interpersonal and presentation skills

Ideally, you will have experience in the contact centre or BPO industry.

Other organisations may call this role CRM, Customer Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Business Development Manager, BDM, or Client Service Executive.
