The Opportunity / Role Overview
In order to support the company’s continued growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As HR Advisor, with m-hance you will support the HR Manager with a range of activities across the full employee lifecycle, this will include employee onboarding and recruitment, employee relations, ad hoc HR projects and change management. The successful HR Advisor will ideally have previous experience of working in a fast paced Human Resources environment in an advisory position, which will include advice and support for managers, training, responsibility for issues such as the appointment and dismissal of staff, grievance, disciplinary procedures, absence management, redundancy, etc. This is a home based/hybrid role; it is essential that you can commute to our Manchester office base if needed and travel and work away from home when business needs dictate. Candidates in the UK and ROI will be considered, but it is noted that travel to either may be required.



What you’ll do: / What you’ll bring:
• High level of experience dealing with Employee Relations Casework: - Grievance, sickness, absence, performance, disciplinary, dismissal etc
• Confident in providing professional HR advice to managers and employees on policy, procedures
• You will support the HR Manager with a range of activities, supporting employee engagement and performance
• Providing advice and support to all line managers and the senior management team in order to resolve all employee issues
• You will provide advice and support on training and development activities while ensuring HR due diligence and change activities are conducted effectively and are compliant with company policies and legislation
• Be able to assist and support line managers with recruitment and onboarding activities
• You will be highly organised, ensuring all information for payroll is correctly and efficiently processed

You should apply if you:
• are CIPD qualified to Level 7
• have excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic are both key criteria for this role
• are able to work with limited supervision whilst also being able to operate effectively within a remote team
• are able to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
• have sound knowledge of current employment law
• have strong MS Office skills
• have a flexible attitude and great communication skills are equally important
