We’re looking for a creative, analytical and motivated Merchandiser to join our team on a permanent basis. Our new Merchandiser will ensure that we have the right products, at the right time, in the right place and in the right quantities. They will work closely with the retail, product and sales teams to plan and build suitable ranges taking control of stock levels to maximise profit. You have an opportunity to make your mark on the business market leading own retail stores and concessions in a varied and fast paced role.

The role includes responsibilities for supporting:

- Drive sales across the business' retail and concession channels, through effective stock control.
- Produce weekly, monthly, seasonal and ad hoc trading reports
- Forecasting sales and stock levels to achieve sales and margin targets for the various stores
- Propose weekly trading actions to maximise full price sales, margin and stock availability for the season
- Identifying slow moving stock and developing a cost-effective solution to ensure the terminal stock position is minimised.
- Challenge current ways of working, with proposals for alternatives that will enhance and benefit the effectiveness of the merchandising function.

Desirable:

- Proven experience as a Merchandiser
- Strong numerical & analytical skills
- Proven ability to build relationships internally and externally at all levels
- Competency with Microsoft Office suite, in particular, Excel
