We are currently looking for an experienced administrator to join a busy team of HR professionals who has knowledge of HR, payroll and procurement activities.

This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week with a degree of flexibility on start / finish time. This is a hybrid role where the successful candidate will be excepted to be flexible and have the ability to work both from home and travel to the Head Office site based in Aldershot.

As a HR Administrator your responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:

- Producing and administering employee correspondence
- Maintaining the HR database and administering transactions through various systems
- Liaising with the Payroll Team and other internal departments in line with HR procedures
- General administration including supporting the HR Business Partners and HR Manager
- On boarding of new staff and processing of leavers
- Producing standard and ad hoc reports
- First point of contact for general HR enquiries from employees and managers through e-mails and calls
- Supporting the HR Business Partners in day-to-day HR functions
- Actively supporting the rest of the HR team in taking on projects as directed
- Challenging processes and behaviours to offer recommendations for enhancing efficiency across the HR Delivery Model
- Responsible for prioritisation and management of a busy workload to tight deadlines
- Liaising with external benefits providers

Essential Skills:

- Must have previous experience in HR administration
- Knowledge of HR practices and functions
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer and client facing skills
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organised and able to work to deadlines
- Practical and flexible
- Willing to contribute to team discussions and take ideas forward

Desirable Skills:

- CIPD Foundation level 3
- Experience using Dimensions would be highly desirable
- Experience dealing with highly confidential information
