To join us, experience as a Service Engineer is not required. If you have a strong technical background, we can cross-train you to become an expert domestic appliance engineer. We welcome applications from both within and outside of the UK.

Skills and Experience Required:
• Experience in a hands-on trade e.g. Handy Man, Maintenance Engineer, Electrician's Mate, Electrical Improver, Multi-Trader, Technician etc
• Solid understanding of electrical and/or electronic principles gained through work experience and/or study
• Customer friendly approach
• Valid driving licence for manual vehicle
• Keen to learn and build a career as a Service Engineer

The Engineer Role:
• Field based, working in a dedicated area around your home base location (Midlands)
• Attend calls in customer homes carrying out diagnostics and repairs on white goods including washing machines, dryers, dishwashers and cookers
• Manage your day using a simple phone App, including your parts in-take, returns, technical info and job completion
• Represent world class brands e.g. LG, Beko, Whirlpool, Hoover Candy and Miele
