We are currently recruiting a Labourer, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following key areas of responsibility -
Undertake on a day-to-day basis general labouring duties on behalf of CBH in occupied and unoccupied homes
Assist trade persons on responsive repairs
Ensuring the vehicle, you are responsible for is kept clean, tidy, that any issues are promptly reported
Remove waste from loft spaces where required
Able to drive a vehicle to the waste management site following procedures and ensuring that vehicle has be loaded correctly and safely
Garden clearances including using mechanical machinery

Essential skills we are looking for -
Ability to work as part of a team and contribute effectively to the teamwork of the section
Hold a current full driving licence
Willingness to work outside
Working in confined spaces (loft and basement areas)
Manual handling experience
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, tenants, leaseholders and members of the public
Ability to listen and understand information to translate into the workplace task
