The Role

As Digital Communications Executive you will partner with teams across the Institution and be their ‘go to’ communications specialist, providing advice on product development, marketing and communications strategies. Working closely with our membership team, you will help to grow and further engage our global membership.

You will plan, manage, and deliver communications projects through the entire lifecycle, from inception to end, then analyse and report on campaign performance. You will write targeted copy for a range of audiences and create a variety of content to support your campaigns across different channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to really immerse yourself in a small organisation and help the Institution achieve its mission of supporting and promoting the structural engineering profession. You will also be encouraged and supported to grow your expertise and develop as a communications professional.

To be shortlisted for this post, you must have:

- Understanding of digital and traditional marketing and social media
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience planning and delivering multi-channel communication campaigns
- Experience writing targeted copy for a range of technical and non-technical audiences and purposes

Experience working in Membership environment would be advantageous.

Working Conditions:

We are based on the edge of the city, our office is bright, modern and open plan. We are a small and friendly workforce. As we move out of Covid restrictions we are presently operating a working model of office based and remote working and envisage operating a longer-term hybrid working model.
