We are currently looking for a Regulatory Manager to join our team in Birmingham for a fixed-term contract until 31 January 2024. You will form part of the National Lottery Third Licence team, leading and providing support across a range of initiatives and projects.

Your Role

As a Regulatory Manager, you will build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This will include liaising with the National Lottery operator to understand regulatory risks and acquire relevant information to make recommendations.

You will also acquire a sound understanding of complex regulatory documentation, leading on any changes relating to these and updating documentation.

Your role will also involve:

- Managing projects and assessing proposals received from the National Lottery operator
- Producing annual reviews and completing work on risk in relation to the National Lottery
- Drafting Committee papers along with recommendations and presenting to the National Lottery Committee
- Contributing to performance monitoring and reporting for the programme, which includes analysis of reports and performance dashboards

About You

To be considered as a Regulatory Manager, you will need:

- The ability to analyse and understand complex proposals, highlighting risks and trends and provide recommendations on how to proceed
- The ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret large volumes of data and information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience of working in a regulatory or similar environment is desirable but not essential.
