About Us

We're B3Living, a social business that helps people who are priced out of the housing market to find a home.

Our mission is to make a sustainable, positive change to the housing crisis for our customers and communities.

You'll find us working in Broxbourne and across southeast Hertfordshire, where we have 5,000 homes supporting more than 12,000 people.

We are now looking for a Human Resources Apprentice to join our friendly team for a two year apprenticeship.

The Benefits

- Salary of £13,000 in first year (increasing in 2nd year)
- A solid foundation for a HR career

This is the ideal step for an individual who is eager to pursue a career in HR with our incredible organisation.

We’ll provide all of the training, skills and expertise that you need to make a success of your career, whether that’s working alongside our skilled team and learning as you go or gaining the theory in an online learning environment.

Apprenticeships are great ways to learn everything there is to know about a particular role whilst getting ahead on the career ladder. After two years, you will have gained a host of skills and the experience to back them up compared with the educational route that is solely based on theory.

What’s more, you’ll be earning a great wage which rises throughout the apprenticeship meaning that you will also be ahead in the salary game too!

The Role

As a Human Resources Apprentice, you will learn everything there is to know about the HR world, from administration and recruitment through to payroll and HR systems.

You will gain a good understanding of what we do and how we work as well as practical experience that you can apply to your course and your day-to-day work.

We will equip you with the skills to act as the first point of contact for employee queries and requests, enabling you to hone your customer service skills through daily contact with colleagues in person, on the phone, and via email.

Additionally, you will:

- Receive training on our IT systems to help us ensure they remain accurate and up to date
- Develop your organisation and planning skills and apply them to our recruitment processes
- Expand your awareness of diversity and inclusion
