As Scotland’s largest family owned furniture and homewares retailing group and with over 40 years of market experience, our aim is to continue sourcing the highest quality on-trend products so the customer can find everything relating to the home under one roof. In 2019, we opened our first brand new concept store ‘Sterling Home’ in Uddingston, Glasgow to enormous success. In 2020 & 2021, we followed up with refurbishing and rebranding our Dunfermline, Glasgow, and Edinburgh stores to the same standard, with more planned for 2022. Even after the past year, our journey of exciting modernisation continues! Role
To help customers identify and purchase the products they desire; ensuring that high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service is delivered. Weekend working.

Responsibilities
• Provide a high class customer service and increase company growth and revenue through sales
• Process sales and provide customer assistance
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Help maintain a fully stocked store
• Identify customer needs and sell an array of products for the home
• Restocking, pricing and merchandising
• Listen to customers and their needs, and feedback to your Department Manager
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Candidate Requirements
• Proven working experience in retail sales is desirable
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus
• Friendly, engaging and helpful personality

• Standard High School Educational Grades
