We’re reliant on volunteers and voluntary donations to train and equip our lifesavers and you can help us make a real difference. As part of our Marketing Services team, you’ll provide efficient and effective administrative support for our marketing activities.

About You

As Marketing Administrator, you will have a high attention to detail and an ability to work across varied projects and tasks. Your diligent and organised approach will allow you to support the smooth delivery of our campaigns.

You’ll be able to demonstrate:

- Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Efficient task management and ability to prioritise effectively
- Ability to listen, gather and document information

It is advantageous if you have:

- Experience in the marketing, fundraising or volunteering
- Experience of budget and reporting administration
- Skills in proofreading

Our Role

We are offering this role within our growing Marketing Services team, where you’ll support a range of activities including our wide-reaching water safety campaign, our high impact recruitment activity and key fundraising campaigns.

Day-to-day your workload will be varied and flexible. Some of your responsibilities will include management of campaign deliverables, proofing and checks, performance reporting, budget administration, task list management, and responding to marketing materials requests.
