We are now looking for a Coffee Shop Manager to join our team and help us to deliver high-quality service to patrons at our fantastic new coffee shop.

The Role

As the Coffee Shop Manager, you will oversee the operation of our coffee shop, ensuring that our customers receive a consistently brilliant service and experience when visiting us.

Using your fantastic communication, organisation and leadership skills, you will motivate and co-ordinate your team, inspiring them to deliver on our sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

As the largest garden centre in the region, we offer a complete retail experience that includes great food with plenty of options. With your passion and knowledge for all things culinary, you will have a hand in all aspects of coffee shop operations including helping to create menu items.

About You

To be considered as the Coffee Shop Manager, you will need:

- Experience of delivering high volumes of sales
- Experience of providing excellent customer service
- A passion for cooking
- The ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent people management skills
- The ability to work on weekends
