The Role

As a Trainee Customer Service Advisor, we will support you to develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services as well as the skills to succeed in a telephone-based customer service role. You will then use this to provide outstanding support to our customers.

Once trained, you will process orders, manage incoming communications and directly support clients. Focusing on solutions to any issues, you will work to targets and signpost them to problem-solving resources.

Working to increase customer satisfaction, you will set up and maintain customer files and support the 2025 analogue to digital switchover.

Additionally, you will:

- Record details of actions taken on our CRM
- Manage office administration
- Generate ideas for improving the customer experience

About You

To be considered as a Customer Service Executive, you will need:

- Customer service experience gained in a telephone-based, retail or any customer-facing role
