Our British subsidiary has been based in Warrington since 1981 and comprises an Internal & External Sales, Admin and Marketing team who work alongside the Gemü factories overseas to service the GB market.

We are now looking for an Internal Sales Engineer to join our Internal Customer Support Team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As an Internal Sales Engineer, you will act as the first point of contact to all incoming customer enquiries.

You will answer and transfer calls in a professional manner and deliver excellent customer service to all customers, staff and management by telephone and email. You will also communicate with customers online via the eCommerce store and webchat function.

Ensuring the customer makes the right selection of products for their application, you will follow enquiries through the sales cycle from initial enquiry, to order process and finally to the delivery of the products to site.

What’s more, you will be given the opportunity to make occasional visits to customers, Gemü manufacturing sites and even to attend exhibitions.

About You

To join us as an Internal Sales Engineer, you’ll need:

- A strong focus on customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- To be highly motivated with good organisational skills
- Proficiency in IT, including CRM and ERP systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
