We are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join us on a permanent, full-time basis, working 35 hours per week.

The Role

As a HR Advisor, you will provide human resource support across our business with particular focus on line management and recruitment.

Specifically, you will provide our line managers with advice on best practice, manage our recruitment process and update policies and training and development schedules.

Overseeing our HR practices and policies, you will drive continuous improvement in our HR policies and provide line managers with advice and guidance on employee relations issues.

Additionally, you will:

- Manage our end-to-end in-house recruitment
- Ensure our recruitment policies meet inclusivity guidelines
- Manage HR projects to improve our organisational culture
- Help identify training and development needs
- Support employee engagement and mental health awareness

About You

To be considered as a HR Advisor, you will need:

- Direct recruitment experience
- Experience of working with and advising line managers
- Good working knowledge of employment law, generalist HR as well as current HR and recruitment processes
- Excellent written skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- To be CIPD qualified or part qualified to level 5 or above
