We are now looking for a Planner to join us on a permanent, full-time basis and support our ground-breaking construction projects.

The Role

As a Planner, you’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are smoothly delivered on time and within budget.

Monitoring the progress of projects, you’ll produce regular progress reports and forecasts and plan contingency programmes to account for changing timeframes.

Overseeing logistics and transportation, you’ll liaise with surveyors, engineers and architects and organise workers and the provision of materials.

Additionally, you will:

- Work with estimators to calculate the resources needed for projects
- Carry out regular site inspections
- Co-ordinate the creation of documents, sketches and drafts
- Prepare schematic designs, detailed engineering plans and specifications

About You

To be considered as a Planner, you will need:

- Experience of contract management and procurement
- Experience of working closely with project managers to deliver a range of projects
- Experience of agreeing and monitoring procurement timeframes
- Experience of using programming software
- A track record of successful project delivery
- Exceptional commercial awareness
- Innate business acumen
- Great numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- IT proficiency
- A full, valid driving licence

Construction qualifications would be beneficial to your application.
