We’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us, adding to our pool of knowledge and generating high-quality inbound leads across all digital flows.

The Role

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our inbound marketing strategy. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will ensure that Air IT has a strong presence, both locally and nationally, across organic and paid search channels. As the UK’s fastest growing MSP, you will support ongoing expansion plans and strategic initiatives, including website migrations and brand integrations.

Working alongside external agencies and partners, you’ll manage and execute SEO, PPC, CRO and link building strategies to drive high quality traffic, engagement and lead generation across our portfolio of Group websites. Working collaboratively with the marketing team, you will support the development of content for websites, blogs and landing pages as well as lead nurturing emails and automated workflows to maximise the conversion rates and the overall effectiveness of campaigns. You will be able to conduct your own research and execute campaigns, ensuring results are regularly reviewed to optimise performance.

Additionally, you will:

- Maximise engagement and conversion rates using HubSpot
- Analyse and measure website performance and digital marketing metrics
- Be a main point of contact for our digital partnerships, agencies and other third parties
- Keep abreast of web technologies and digital marketing trends and implement these in campaigns

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience with SEO and Paid Search as well as experience of managing a marketing budget and be able to generate and present reports to the internal team and other stakeholders. You should also be comfortable working with a range of marketing and content management systems, including Word Press, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Search Console and Adwords to name a few.

- Experience of creating engaging online content
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent IT skills
