We’re currently looking for a Business Development Lead to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Business Development Lead, you will support the expansion of our venture support work.

Specifically, you will identify and secure external funding to support our free venture support programmes in Cambridge, London and Peterborough.

Focusing your efforts on Trusts and Foundations who are addressing the various themes we work to address, you will expand and grow our funding base. You will help us to expand into new prospective locations in London and Eastern England, deliver more programmes and support more small businesses.

About You

To be considered as a Business Development Lead, you will need:

- Trust and/or foundation fundraising experience with a track record of generating significant resources
- Demonstrable experience of successful tender and bid writing
- Business development, strategic relationship building and networking experience
- Excellent written, verbal and presentational communication skills
