Administrator Client Services - Psych Health (Home based) - Fixed Term Contract

Psych Health is a nationwide provider of clinical psychology services. We offer a range of psychotherapeutic assessments and treatments, receiving referrals from GPs, Occupational Health professionals, employers and insurers.

We offer rapid access to a high quality clinical service across the UK. Clients to whom we provide a service include Occupational Health providers, Primary Care providers, private individuals, Private Medical and Income Protection Insurers, and employers including City of London financial institutions and law firms, government departments and the Police.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our expanding administrative team. Consider applying for the Client Associate role if you enjoy a fast-paced environment whilst providing support to our clinical teams and our clients, delivering excellent customer service and case management to a portfolio of well known, high value clients.

This role is a full time role on a fixed term contract for 9 months. You will be working 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

Key Responsibilities:
• Dealing with a high level of inbound and outbound calls whilst delivering exceptional customer service and handling calls with empathy and sensitivity.
• Respond to any queries relating to cases in a timely and professional manner and escalating complex cases or those that are progressing slowly to relevant colleagues.
• Managing cases to include loading new cases - case reviews - closing cases. Requesting medical reports and liaising with GPs and other healthcare specialists and sending advice letters.
• Booking in telephone and face to face assessments with our team of Clinical & Counselling Psychologists.
