We are looking to appoint a Financial Director to support our continued growth. Reporting to, and acting as a deputy to the MD, this position is a key position in the business, responsible for leading the finance function on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

- To take responsibility for all financial aspects of the business including financial reporting, management accounts, budgeting and forecasting and actively assist Managing Director in managing the business.
- Reporting and accounting as per Group and legal requirements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting.
- Maintain levels of financial control and discipline within the business to Group Standards.
- Cash flow management throughout the business directing areas where specifically responsible.
- Contributing to strategic planning and development as a member of executive team.
- Regular liaison with managers throughout the business with a view to monitoring, understand and enhancing the performance of the business.

Experience and Qualifications

- Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
- Previous experience as a finance director and management of a broad range of individuals/activities across a finance function.
