Golden Hooves is a business extension of First Milk that provides a platform for sales direct to consumers via a franchise on-farm milk, dairy and produce vending operation. Golden Hooves provides consumers with quality, ethical and sustainable produce that they can trust and access locally. It allows people to buy wholesome food from easy to access, self-serve machines based on our members’ farms where the fresh milk is produced, who are using regenerative methods to nourish the earth.

We’re currently looking for a Customer Account Manager to join our Golden Hooves Team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Customer Account Manager, you will support the delivery of our Golden Hooves branded products by growing and building partnerships in the independent retail sector.

You will identify opportunities to roll out Golden Hooves products into new channels and grow business with current First Milk customers.

Providing excellent account management, you will deliver marketing and customer business plans to ensure profitability and effectively respond to enquiries.

Additionally, you will:

- Track progress against business plans
- Report on commercial performance

About You

To be considered as a Customer Account Manager, you will need:

- A minimum of five years' business development and account management experience
- A proven track record of building effective relationships
- Experience of delivering end-to-end sales and overseeing the full sales pipeline
- Experience in the FMCG and/or food sector, particularly selling to wholesalers
- Commercial and financial acumen
