As we continue to grow, we’re now seeking a Project Controls Manager to join our Construction Team in Hull on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Project Control Manager, you will support our ability to take on new projects through the effective management of our Project Controls Department. The department is designed to support project management efforts and delivery.

Specifically, you will manage project schedules and ensure performance targets are met, overseeing changes to our control and risk management processes. You will consult on planning techniques and effectively manage project costs and schedules.

Additionally, you will lead and support the Project Controls Team in the production of regular reports and oversee the consistent application of Project Controls processes.

Please note, this role will involve travel throughout the UK and occasionally further afield.

About You

To be considered as a Project Control Manager, you will need:

- Experience of working in close liaison with project managers to deliver a range of projects
- Experience of monitoring and reporting on progress and highlighting inefficiencies
- To be an experienced user of Programming Software
- Experience in the implementation of Earned Value Management based Project Control systems, in accordance with relevant national standards
- The ability to forecast problems as early as possible enabling corrective action to be taken
- A good level of IT literacy
- A full, valid driving licence, preferably clean

Education to degree level is preferred but not essential.
