Established in 1979, we have grown to become a global network of advisers and brokers offering support to our clients to sell and exit their businesses and buyers and investors acquire businesses.

We are now seeking a Sell-Side Lead Manager to join our UK branch which supports small to medium-sized business owners throughout the UK. Working directly with our CEO and network of partners to source new clients.

The Role

As a Sell-Side Lead Manager, you will create and nurture a pipeline of business to support to continuing growth of our firm.

Specifically, supporting our CEO, you manage the new business pipeline and provide key support to business owners.

You will create advertising materials and analyse financial information, create pitch decks and manage the new business pipeline, including the review and sign-up processes.

Additionally, you will:

- Collate data from new clients with the support of our local advisor network
- Undertake weekly and monthly reporting and KPI tracking
- Oversee ad-hoc projects and desk-based research

About You

To be considered as a Sell-Side Lead Manager, you will need:

- Experience of working with business professionals and/or entrepreneurs
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow set processes
- A high level of IT literacy including CRM systems, email and Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- An analytical mindset
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification)

Some experience with reviewing and analysing company accounts would be beneficial to your application.
