A vibrant, world-class and innovative recycling and renewable energy company has a vacancy for a Business Development Executive to grow our Yorkshire customer base.

Olleco is the UK’s market leader for the collection and conversion of catering waste streams into renewable energy such as electricity, mains gas and biodiesel. We are also the UK’s leading supplier of vegetable oils for the catering industry.

The position is initially on a 6 month fixed term contract - impress us and there could be permanent opportunities!

Your primary duty will be to grow our customer base through face to face selling of our fresh oil and used cooking oil collections within the Yorkshire area. As part of this business development team, you will meet locally to ensure as a team you are maximising the opportunities.

What are we looking for?

- Proven results in a field sales / business development role
- Experience in direct selling and delivering growth in a competitive market, ideally within the food services industry
- Excellent negotiation skills and good commercial acumen to ensure you maximise the financial terms of the deal

In return, there is uncapped commission potential and the possibility of permanent opportunities such as leading this team and/or supporting us with growing our customer base in other areas of the country.
