The Role

As a Compliance Assistant, you will assist with a range of day-to-day compliance tasks to support our promotion of financial products.

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you’ll review financial promotions for compliance in line with the Financial Conduct Authority’s financial promotion rules.

Additionally, you’ll inspect and respond to complaints in a friendly and professional manner.

About You

To be considered as a Compliance Assistant, you will need:

- Experience of working in an FCA-regulated firm
- Experience of the FCA’s wider regime, rules and guidance
- Experience of completing compliance monitoring and reviews
- Experience of identifying, investigating, and responding to complaints
- Exposure to the FCA’s financial promotion rules and complaint handling rules
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT proficiency
