For over 140 years, our Railway Inn Cider House and Restaurant has been proud to deliver high quality, traditional food and premium drinks, sourced locally wherever possible. We now have an exciting opportunity to join the Railway Inn staff as a Chef de Partie on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As the Chef de Partie, you will assist with the preparation and serving of food at The Railway Inn, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and health and safety standards.

Additionally, not only will you be involved in producing high quality food, but you’ll also have the chance to be part of our many exciting events!

About You

To be considered as our Chef de Partie, we are looking for someone with creativity, flair and a passion to deliver high quality food. Experience is not essential, only a desire to learn and a dedication to a career path in hospitality!

Other organisations may call this role Assistant Chef, Assistant to the Head Chef, Section Chef, or Line Cook.
