We are looking for a Regional Management Development Facilitator to be based in Annesley (NG15 0DR). This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team delivering leadership and management development across our 14 European Operating Companies. In this role, you will design, deliver and evaluate in-house training and development to engage people in learning situations. The successful candidate must have experience in delivering leadership and management training and applying adult learning theory in blended learning solutions such as face to face, e-learning and webinars.

The position will offer a salary of up to £41K (depending on experience), with the opportunity to work remotely 3 to 4 days per week (subject to business requirements).

Some travel to other Yusen sites will be required (UK and Europe).

Key responsibilities:
1. Facilitate
a. Facilitate classroom and online workshops that enable others to think and act differently
b. Support individual learners to apply what they’ve learned via one to one and group coaching
c. Delivery and facilitation will make up c. 80% of this role

2. Design
a. Design high quality face to face and online learning that improves individual and business performance
b. Update existing materials and approaches for e-learning and webinar delivery
c. Collaborate with subject matter experts to research future training and development needs
d. Create resources, training materials, presentations, videos, checklists and guides

3. Engage
a. Engage managers to ensure individuals are supported and challenged to apply and embed their learning
b. Build and maintain strong relationships with attendees, line managers and other stakeholders
c. Support and encourage individuals in use of online learning courses

4. Continuous Improvement
a. Evaluate and review feedback to identify areas for improvement
b. Measure impact of activity on business performance
c. Keep abreast of internal and external changes to identify potential improvements in current approach and/or materials

Key requirements:
• Experience of leadership and management development
• The full learning cycle experience - needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation, embedding and reporting
• Effective facilitation techniques when delivering online and face to face workshops
• Creating learning resources to resolve knowledge gaps
• Presents effectively, engaging and interacting with the audience
• Resilient, works to tight deadlines and delivers results under pressure
• Full driving licence as some travel will be required for the role
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to coach others, gaining rapport and blending challenge and support effectively
• Communicates effectively with a motivational and inspiring approach
• Looks for continuous improvement and better ways of doing things
• Basic assessment procedures and management qualifications
• Intermediate Word to design forms and documents
• Advanced PowerPoint to create engaging presentations
• Intermediate Excel to collate and report on evaluation results
L3 Certificate in Training and Development or similar
• Experience of content creation using platforms such as Elucidat
• Experience of webinar delivery using platforms such as Microsoft Teams
