37.5 Hours per week (plus be part of our hospice 1st on call).

About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate, kind and dedicated Senior Nurses to join our team. You will be pivotal in empowering our team and providing outstanding care. Some aspects of the role are to:
• Coordinate, empower others and provide outstanding standards of care by working collaboratively with our various integrated partners in care.
• To clinically lead and supervise team members.
• To ensure the smooth running of the service.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care using evidence-based practice.
• Act as an ambassador of Sue Ryder to service users and their relatives, colleagues and members of the public
• Contribute to the management of our quality and governance programme.

About you:
• NMC registered, ideally with post-registration experience in palliative, end of life care.
• Ability to be flexible, positive and work within the wider team.
• Excellent soft communication skills.
• Ability to lead and empower others.
