About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Scottish Autism’s marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Lead, you will support the delivery of marketing and communication initiatives to promote and protect the Scottish Autism brand. You will play an important role in supporting a fast-moving programme of work, delivered by a small but highly dedicated marketing team. You will oversee the management of all marketing contacts on the CRM database ensuring we comply with the latest data protection regulation. Working collaboratively with the recruitment working team and HR, you will help develop and enhance our recruitment employer branding and keep focus and energy in our ‘key message’ and the use of social media.

About You:

You will have strong project management skills and an ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment. Strong interpersonal skills and team working, the ability to develop and establish strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders is essential. Experience/understanding of the third sector would be advantageous.

You will either be educated to degree level in Marketing or related discipline or have relevant on the job marketing experience. You will be able to demonstrate skills including project management, time management, good working knowledge of brand development and experience of updating website using Content Management Systems.
