We are now looking for an Events Executive to join our Events Team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As an Events Executive, you will co-ordinate the efficient delivery of our membership events, ensuring they are delivered within budget and meet our long-term business objectives.

Working with the Head of Events, you will produce a schedule of annual events with agreed targets and co-ordinate event monitoring and reporting to maximise the impact of events.

Building excellent relationships with stakeholders and clients, you will ensure an integrated approach to event delivery across the West of England that meets stakeholder business needs.

Additionally, you will:

- Ensure events follow legal and regulatory guidelines
- Use best practices in business and event management
- Provide reporting on event data

About You

To be considered as an Events Executive, you will need:

- Event co-ordination and management experience
- Experience of carrying out basic office and/or administrative tasks
- An excellent understanding of H&S regulations relating to events
- Proficient IT skills, including MS Office

Please note, as part of your role, you will be required to work outside of normal hours on occasion and travel as required.
