We are at an exciting time in our email marketing journey as we prepare to introduce greater personalisation and automation. This role will oversee a busy email marketing function and will lead the development of email journeys and welcome series to improve member and supporter engagement and retention. You will advise the National Deaf Children’s Society on how to deliver segmentation modelling, personalised email content and represent the digital marketing team on relevant projects. This role is supported half-time by the Marketing Assistant.

We’re looking for someone who is keen to bring about change and who is data-driven with knowledge of industry benchmarks. We are ideally looking for someone with experience of either segmentation modelling, creating welcome series or automated journeys. We are interested in receiving your application if you are looking for your next career move or are an experienced professional wanting to help deliver our vision of a world without barriers for every deaf child.
